• Admissions enquiries: parent or guardian name, phone number, email, entry point and your question.
• Alumni registration: full name, name at Lourdes, year of graduation, last class completed, email and chapter.
• Contact form: name, email, topic and message.
• Portal accounts, once the portals are live: account ID and sign-in information.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and time of access, recorded by the hosting provider for security.

3. Why we use it

Your data is used only to:

• reply to enquiries and process admissions;
• keep the alumni directory and share LESA news, with your consent;
• operate the staff, student and parent portals;
• keep the website secure and working properly.

4. Legal basis

We process data with your consent, to take steps you request before enrolment, to meet legal obligations, and in our legitimate interest in running a safe website. We follow the applicable Cameroonian law on personal data protection and, where it applies, other laws such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation for visitors in the European Union.

5. Children

Most students are minors. Enquiries and applications concerning a child should be made by a parent or guardian. Student records are handled by the College with the involvement of parents and guardians.

6. Who we share it with

We never sell personal data. We share it only where necessary: with the Archdiocese of Bamenda and its Catholic Education Secretariat for admissions, with the Lourdes Ex-Students Association (LESA) when you register as an alumna and agree to it, and with the technical providers who host and maintain this website.

7. How long we keep it
